Data Deletion
Last updated: May 28, 2026.
This page explains how a user can request deletion of their CaloriK account and related data.
How to Delete an Account
In native iOS and Android versions, if an account is available in the app, the primary deletion method should be inside the app: open profile settings and choose account or data deletion.
If you use VK Mini App, Telegram Mini App, or cannot open the app, send a request through the CaloriK VK community: vk.com/calorik.
In the request, specify the platform where you used the app: VK, Telegram, iOS, Android, Google Play, or RuStore. If possible, include your user identifier, email, Apple private relay email, or nickname on the relevant platform so we can find the data.
What Is Deleted
- the CaloriK profile or account record, if created;
- request history and food diary entries linked to the account;
- user photos, voice messages, and text descriptions if stored by the service;
- related settings and usage limits;
- related Google or Apple authorization tokens if stored and revocable on our side.
Revoking Access With Google and Apple
The user may also separately revoke CaloriK access in their Google Account, Apple Account, or RuStore settings if the relevant platform provides such controls. This may stop further sign-in through the relevant platform, but to delete CaloriK data, still use in-app account deletion or the request process on this page.
What May Be Retained Temporarily
Some data may be retained for a limited time if necessary for security, abuse prevention, technical logs, accounting, dispute resolution, or legal compliance. Aggregated and anonymized data may be retained if it does not identify the user.
Processing Time
We try to process requests within a reasonable time after receiving enough information to identify the account. If data cannot be found without additional information, we may ask for clarification.
This page is intended for data deletion requests and may be used as an external URL for Google Play and RuStore data safety sections.
